Julie Anderson - Customer Education Specialist
Julie delivers Genworth's nationwide Customer Training and Certified Mortgage Professional Continuing Education programs. She also maintains and develops classroom and web-based seminar curricula.
Prior to her current role, Julie was employed as an Underwriting Analyst for GE Mortgage Insurance (now Genworth) from 2001 to 2003. She was an eTraining Specialist from 1998 to 2001. She held Underwriting positions in both the King of Prussia, PA and Columbus, OH branch offices from 1996 to 2001.
Julie has also served in various underwriting and operations capacities at Citimortgage in St. Louis, MO, from 1987 to 1996, ultimately attaining her position as Correspondent Underwriter.
As a Continuing Education Instructor, Julie is credentialed in the twenty states where Genworth maintains an Approved Provider status. She also maintains training certification for DiSC Profile.
Julie is a 1985 graduate of the University of Missouri with a B.A. in Finance and Banking.

Charles Kron - Customer Training Specialist
Charles is responsible for delivering Genworth's nationwide training programs and developing new classroom and web-based seminar curricula.
Previously, Charles served in various training, underwriting and operations capacities at AIG United Guaranty from 2001 to 2006, ultimately attaining the position of Senior Mortgage Industry Trainer.
His employment experience prior to that time includes practicing law, providing instructor, advisor and marketing services at Kaplan Education Centers and managing a commercial bakery.
Charles is a credentialed Continuing Education Instructor in states where Genworth maintains an Approved Provider status.
He has a B.A. in Public Affairs from George Washington University and received his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta.

Steve Richman - National Spokesperson and Customer Sales Trainer
Steve has energized, taught and motivated more than 35,000 professionals in practically every state in the United States and Puerto Rico. After years of success as a litigation attorney, he entered the mortgage and real estate profession and has become an expert in the high LTV borrower market. He has been a loan officer, account executive and manager of a mortgage operation.
Additionally, Steve has trained Real Estate professionals through state accredited continuing education classes on topics including Real Estate Negotiations, Understanding the Real Estate Contract and Making Settlement Simple.
With a deep interest in adult education, Steve has taught in the MBA program at the Sellinger Business School and has guest lectured for the Columbia University Business School's MBA program. Additionally, Steve has served as an adjunct faculty member at an undergraduate institution. He is a Master Certified Sales Negotiation Trainer and a Certified Trainer in DiSC Behavioral Profiling.
Steve is a graduate of the University of Maryland and the National Law Center at George Washington University.

MaryKay Scully - Director of Customer Education and Consulting
MaryKay delivers Genworth's nationwide customer training programs, develops training collateral and maintains the Certified Mortgage Professional Continuing Education Program.
Additionally, MaryKay is a National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) Master Certified Instructor. In that capacity, she provides Continuing Education Mortgage Skills training nationwide. MaryKay maintains training certifications for Freddie Mac Loan Prospector®, Fannie Mae DesktopUnderwriter®, DiSC Profile® and Work Out Facilitation.
Prior to her current role, MaryKay served as Manager, E-Business Development for GE Mortgage Insurance (now Genworth) from June 2000 to March 2003. She was the Director of Customer Education and Organizational Effectiveness from May 1995 to June 2000. She served in various capacities at the GE Mortgage Insurance Service Center in Clark, NJ from 1993 to 1995, attaining the position of Service Center Manager. Prior to that time, MaryKay held Loan Officer positions at various mortgage companies in the Mid-Atlantic states.
MaryKay holds an MBA in Business Administration/Management from Fairfield University and has her Series 7 and Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent licenses.
